Free Family Day

SF MOMA

10:00 am

Enjoy a fabulous day of art and family fun at SFMOMA. Participate in an array of storytelling experiences and creative, hands-on activities, including in-gallery art making, story time with San Francisco Public Library librarians, and a screening of the enchanting film Wonderstruck, presented in collaboration with SFFILM. Drop in to the Public Knowledge Library on Floor 2 to create a map of your San Francisco memories, taking inspiration from the detailed miniature wooden replica of 1938 San Francisco that is the focus of the exhibition Public Knowledge: Take Part.

Attendance is free for up to two adults accompanying each visitor 18 and younger. Tickets can be claimed in person on the day of the event. Special Free Family Day activities will conclude at 4 p.m., but the galleries will remain accessible until the museum closes at 5 p.m.

Free Family Days are generously supported by the John & Marcia Goldman Foundation and the Yerba Buena Community Benefit District.
