The YBCBD has launched a “Be a Superhero” campaign to increase awareness of new ways to report quality of life issues to YBCBD Dispatch and to get everyone involved in improving neighborhood cleanliness and safety. The YBCBD is excited to be the City’s first community benefit district to offer a mobile app and web-based program to report and track district service requests. The new ways to request and track services include visiting www.YBCBD.org to use the web-based program called Yerba Buena Assist; downloading the YBCBD Assist app for your iPhone or Android; and texting 415-559-1632.
