At 11 am on Wednesdays, slide into your activity outfit and sashay your way to the Esplanade in the Yerba Buena Gardens, on Mission St. between 3rd and 4th streets.  For a glorious hour, until high noon, Rhythm and Motion is holding dance classes for the fine people of ‘Frisco to enjoy, free of charge.

The teachers of this series are experienced, professional dancers and performers, and their dance styles run the world’s gamut. However, their movement is based on the same fundament: the inherent joy in the expression of dance.

Rhythm and Motion has been a fixture in the city’s dance education scene for over 40 years, bringing dance to the masses with high quality public classes. Registration is required, and can be done here!
